Working with Lucy was wonderful. She is knowledgable and organized and coordinated of all of traveling needs. One of the best parts of our trip was Vienna Pass--which Lucy to us. We were able to visit numerous sites and museums for a flat price--a terrific value! Also, motivated us to do and see more. We loved every minute in Vienna. Thank you for all of your help, Lucy!
