Working with Lucy was excellent. My vacation was wonderful, since she took the time and with her expertise she was able to help me plan a wonderful trip to Alaska. My bucket list was to see the glaciers. She planned my trip on Seabourn, as she took into consideration that I would be able to experience more on a smaller cruise ship, since Seabourn goes through the passage that large cruise ships are unable to enter due to size. I was able to see three separate glaciers while on this cruise ship. She was able to recommend wonderful excursions, and plan an itinerary for my entire trip. I can not say thank you enough!! It was the perfect trip. My flight, arrival to the hotel in Anchorage, then to the cruise ship, and at the end of my trip, with the a car to pick me up at the dock, and on to the airport was well organized, and there was no waiting period.
