Really took care of us!

Lucy was to us by friends who use her travel services regularly. She helped us book a river cruise on Crystal for 2017 which unfortunately was cancelled by Crystal. Long story short, we took advantage of Crystal's special offers to make up for their cancellation, by booking 2 Crystal cruises through Lucy. Just got done with the 1st cruise and will be taking the 2nd one in July 2017. Also booked a 3rd cruise, this time on Regent for March 2018, thru Lucy. She's a pleasure to deal with! Very responsive and really watches out for her clients. For example, we had booked our plane tickets for the 1st cruise (South America) ourselves. She asked us for the confirmation numbers so she can include them in a complete itinerary for our trip which was very helpful. When one of our flights was changed (Aerolineas Argentinas, who never informed us about the change), Lucy immediately contacted the airline and put us on a suitable flight. Would definitely keep using her services!
